Sue Bowden Garnet front fastening Y necklace

This is a fine front fastening Y necklace made with 4 mm and irregular rectangular garnet beads. These are interspersed with fine silver over pewter Celtic beads and spacers.
It has a large statement clasp which is worn at the front. The necklace is 18inches with a further 4 inches hanging at the front. See the coins for scale.

Garnet is reputed to be the stone for success socially and in business. We love it because it compliments the Connemara in such a subtle way. It reminds us of the dark hill tops in winter.
