Lapis lazuli celtic donut pendant necklace. Irish pendant. Lapis lazuli necklace Lapis lazuli pendant. Celtic pendant Celtic beads. Mothers Day
This is a pendant made with a Lapis Lazuli donut a stone much prized. Made in Ireland with a silver plated celtic bead. It is on waxed cord and easily goes over the head.
The donut is approx 30mm about 1 1/8 inches across.
It shows clearly the 3 minerals in Lapis Lazuli.
Lapis lazuli is named after the Persian lashward meaning blue. It contains blue lazurite as well as white calcite and brassy pyrite.
Ultramarine used in early painting and manuscripts including the Famous Book of Kells found in Trinity College library Dublin was powdered lapis.
It is associated with love and said to stimulate wisdom, insight and good judgement.

Its nice and the bead has celtic design but for me personally would have preferred an adjustable string type…..Still thats me and no fault of the seller 💯
